If you do not have one of your own then we can supply you with a generic contract to review and sign.

What details do I need to send for a quotation?

We need to gather as much information from you as possible. We do not expect you to be able to supply all of the following items but the more the better.

  • Quantity required
  • Target order date and target delivery date
  • Bill of Materials
  • Gerber files (If applicable)
  • Photos
  • Build instructions
  • Test instructions (If applicable)
  • A Sample (If possible)
  • Any special requirements

Once our team have analysed your documentation we will contact you if we have any further questions.

What is IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620?

IPC is an organization that has written manuals on what is acceptable and what is not during quality control stages. It is an internationally recognized standard that covers most areas of electronic manufacturing and design. By using this we can all agree what standard we are working to.

All of our staff are qualified in IPC and our quality manager is fully qualified to train our engineers in house.

IPC-A-610 is used for general electronic assembly and soldering. IPC-A-620 is used for cable and harness assembly. To find out more click here
